Colleen Edwards, 69, (nee Price) passed away on August 3, 2017 at her home following a long illness.
     Mrs. Edwards was born on November 25, 1947 in Huntington, WV to the late Thomas Price and Ruth E. (nee Spurlock) Irving of Lorain. She was a graduate of Huntington East High School.
     She had been employed by Ford Motor Company.
     Mrs. Edwards is survived by her mother, her sons: James Edwards, Mark C. Edwards both of Elyria, a daughter: Sandy L. (Darrell Murphy) Edwards of Helenwood, TN, grandchildren: A J Edwards, T J Franklin, Crystal Franklin, Mathew Edwards, Brayan Edwards, sister: Cheryl L. (Stanley) Elkins of Berea, KY, and a brother: Thomas (Debbie) Price, Jr of South Point.
     In addition to her father, her beloved step-father Charles Irving, who raised her, she was preceded in death by a brother:  Robert A Price.
     Services will held as a later date.
     The Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals assisted the family with arrangements.
