Craig Leroy Moore

    Craig LeRoy Moore, 71, of Defiance, OH; died January 26, 2018 at Rae-Ann Suburban Nursing Home in Westlake, OH.
     Mr. Moore was born in Jamestown, NY, on October 11, 1946 the son of the late Kenneth L. and Alice O. (nee Page) Moore. He worked at Campbell Soup in Napoleon, had a paper delivery route, and delivered trucks as an independent driver.
     He graduated from Defiance High School in 1965.
     He was an Army Veteran of Vietnam, 1967-68 and a life member of the VFW.
     Mr. Moore enjoyed buying, selling and working on cars.
     He is survived by a brother, Kenneth A. (Lynette) Moore of Sheffield Lake, nephew, Todd R. Moore of Elyria, and niece Heather L. Barker (nee Moore) of Wakeman.
     Craig was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth L. Moore & Alice O. Moore, paternal grandparents Asa Luin Moore & Ellen A. Moore, and maternal grandparents Cleon Adrian Page & Stella Page.
     Graveside services will be held in the McCauley Cemetery, Evansport Road, on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM with fiull military honors provided by VFW Ppost 3360.
     The Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, is handling the arrangements.
     The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to First Presbyterian Church of Defiance, 501 Washington Ave, Defiance, Ohio  43512.
