Florence E. Schroeder

     Florence Ella (Endebrock) Schroeder passed away on July 29, 2017 in West Chester, Ohio. She was born at home in North College Hill, Ohio on July 30, 1919, the third child of William and Dora Mae (Littleman) Endebrock. She attended the University of Cincinnati as a member of the first co-op college program in the country. After graduating with a business degree, she married Louis Arthur Schroeder on May 29, 1948.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Louis, her sons William and Rudy, her sisters Wilma (Siegel) and Charlotte, and her brother Robert.
     She is survived by her daughter Nancy Tuttle, two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Grandchildren include David Tuttle (Carol), and Sarah Tuttle Bills (Spencer). Great grandchildren include Will, Tommy and Caitlyn Tuttle and Savannah Okin, Silas, Scarlett, Sebastian and Samara Bills.
     Florence and her husband lived in Lorain for fifty years, and were active in St. John's United Church of Christ and community organizations.
     A graveside service is planned for Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 2:30 pm in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park with Rev. David Rogers, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ, officiating.
     Arrangements are being handled by the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
