Lenore J. McNutt, 74, (nee Pratt) of Sheffield Village passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the Wesleyan Village in Elyria following a long illness.
     She was born in Lorain on April 22, 1943, the daughter of the late Birney J and Emily Louvre (nee Baker) Pratt. She was a graduate of Lorain High School in the class of 1961 A and then attended Baldwin Wallace University.
     Mrs.McNutt was a member of Lorain Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Lorain; where she helped with the funeral meal ladies and with Bible School. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women.
     She worked at Centurytel in Lorain for 40 years retiring in 2006. She began her career as a operator, then became a clerk typist, and in 1979, transferred to the central office repair.
     Mrs. McNutt enjoyed sewing, knitting and especially spending time with her family.
     She is survived by a niece Theresa (Steve) Gramuglia of Middlefield, nephew Scott Pratt of Glenrock, WY, great nephews, Giovonni, Angelo and Dante Gramuglia, and great niece Hayley Pratt, and a sister-in–law Barbara Pratt. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William H. McNutt, Jr., sister Linda L Leigh and a brother James W Pratt.
     The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 10:00 am until funeral services at 11:00 am in the Lorain Lighthouse United Methodist Church 3015 Meister Road in Lorain. The Rev. Greg Sellers, pastor, will officiate.
     Burial will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park Amherst Twp.
