     Donald Ray "Don" Turner, 60, of Elyria passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at University Hospital-Elyria Medical Center following a long illness.
     Mr. Turner was born on Jan. 11, 1957 in Elyria to the late Mason C. Turner and Rosella (nee Fields) Turner, who survives.
     He was a 1976 graduate of Elyria West High School. He had been employed as a security officer and a stone slinger operator. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, daughters and friends. He  also enjoyed watching sports.
     Included in his survivors is his daughters Stacey L. Turner of Lorain and Kelly J. (Billy) Turner- Palos of Lorain, grandchildren: Xavier, Myleigh, Brielle, Kensley and Kyleigh. Ex-wife Beth Turner
     He will be dearly missed by his grandkids. He  preceded in death by his father Mason and sister Irma.
     Services for Mr. Turner were private
     The Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain assisted the family with arrangements
