Laura M Shaffer

     Laura M. Shaffer, 62, of Lorain passed away unexpectedly at her home early Saturday, February 24, 2018.
     Ms. Shaffer was born in Towanda, PA on September 25, 1955, the daughter of Alice (nee Hardinsteine) Zajac of Lorain and the late Jason Shaffer.
     She was a 1974 graduate of Lorain High School. She has been employed by Bob Evans Restaurant in Westlake for 30 years. She enjoyed sewing.
     Ms. Shaffer is  survived by a daughter Heather (Anthony) Robinson, of Elyria, son,William J Shaffer, of Lorain, 4 grandchildren and a sister Diane (Richard) Bok of Ravenna.
     In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother James Shaffer.
     Friends may call Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain from 2:00 PM to service time at 5:00 PM.
     A Celebration of Her Life will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 5:00 PM in the funeral home.
     The burial will be private.
