Anne M. (Snowden) Lyons

Anne Margaret Lyons, 58, of Lorain passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at the Autumn Aegis Retirement Community in Lorain following a long illness.

Mrs. Lyons was born in Lorain on August 10, 1963, the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (nee Snowden) Lyons.

She was a graduate of Lorain High School, class of 1981. She was employed as a children's day care at Le Chaperone Rouge in Lorain. She previously worked with children at the former YMCA Child Care Center.  

Mrs. Lyons enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia and nick-knacks. 

Anne is  survived by husband of 21 years, Mark A. Lyons, a step daughter, Marissa Lyons of Lorain, sister, Laura Cook of Amherst, brothers, Donald Snowden of Amherst;  and Charles Snowden of Lorain.  
 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother David Snowden.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain. Closing prayers will be at 8:00 pm.

The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral cost.
