Constance R. Luman, 69, (nee Logsdon) of Berlin Heights passed away on Monday, July 6th, 2020 at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky following a sudden illness.
Connie was born in Lorain on April 13, 1951, the daughter of June M. (Blosser) Logsdon, of Lorain and the late James F. Logsdon. She was a graduate of Lorain High School, Class of 1969, and Lorain County Community College, Class of 1981. Connie retired as an MRI technician at the former Lorain Community Hospital in Lorain after 35 years in the radiology department.
Nana was a devoted wife and loving mother. Family was more important to her than anything else, and she cherished time spent with the grandchildren making Christmas cookies. When not spending time with family, or spoiling the dogs, she was an avid reader.
Connie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald J. Luman, daughter Rebecca J. (Leland) Barnes of North Ridgeville, son, Ronald J. (Angie) Luman of Westerville, grandchildren: Eric Luman, Lindsey Luman, Trey Barnes, Adam Luman, Katie Barnes, her mother June M. Logsdon of Lorain, sister Audrey (Norman) Ballinger of Hudson, FL, brothers Timothy (Sue) Logsdon of Lorain, Daniel (Marlee)
Logsdon of Amherst, and David (Sandy) Logsdon of Grove City.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by an infant brother and infant sister.
Friends may call on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
