David Dale Bonnett Jr.

David Dale Bonnett Jr., 77, of Elyria, OH, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025, with his family by his side.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Sally (nee Allison) Bonnett. And his parents David and Martha (née Stewart) Bonnett Sr.

David spent many years working as a utility repair man at Ford. In his free time, he found joy in playing his guitar while listening to music. He also loved going to concerts with friends and family. But above all he loved spending time with the grandbabies and family.
 
He is survived by his son David (Deborah) Bonnett of Lorain and his daughter Lisa (Steve Copley) Laseke of Elyria. He has two step daughters Rene and Riche Fitzpatrick of Elyria and his step son Marshaun Fitzpatrick of Oberlin. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren,

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 1:00 to 1:30 PM at Boyer & Cool Home for Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, OH. A memorial service will follow at 1:30 PM, officiated by Pastor Greg Phillips. Burial will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park following the service.
