Dena M. Russo, 51, of Lorain passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 while in the care of the Ames Family Hospice in Westlake following a long illness.
Dena was born in Cleveland on October 15, 1966, the daughter of Thomas C. Russo of Lorain and the late Katarina (nee Tiefenbach) Russo. She was a 1985 graduate of Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst. She went on to obtain double bachelor's degrees from Ohio Northern University.
She was a published writer and enjoyed crafting.
Dena was the owner and operator of Almira Tire, until her illness forced it's closing in 2015.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother Christopher Russo of Medina, nieces, nephews and many friends and business associates.
