James A. Salobeck Jr (Jay)., 53, of Cleveland passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at his home following a long fight with kidney cancer.
Mr. Salobeck was born in Fairview Park on May 24, 1970, the son of Elizabeth A. (nee Summers) Murray, of Tucson, AZ and the late James A. Salobeck, Sr.
Jay is survived by his wife Connie (nee Schaefer), daughters Darlene Salobeck of Elyria, Sedina (Daniel) Kinder of Cleveland, Cassie Schaefer of Plymouth, son James A. Salobeck III of Plymouth, grandchildren Jaxson, and Rayne, sister, Patricia (Doug) Lewis of North Ridgeville, and brother, Michael Salobeck, of Ravenna. Plus many nieces, nephews & cousins.
He was an amazing man who would do anything for anyone if he was able to, including giving you the t-shirt off his own back. He loved anything that had to do with motorcycles, eagles and America.
Services will be private at a later date.
Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, handled the arrangements.
