Jan Annette (Webb) Schmock

     Jan Annette (nee Webb) Schmock, 71, of Vermilion passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Kingston of Vermilion following a long illness.

     Mrs. Schmock was born in McComb, Mississippi on November 23, 1951, the daughter of the late Charles Franklin and Vadalee (nee Pounds) Webb. She was a graduate of Marion L. Steele High School: Class of 1970 and attended Lorain County Community College.

     She was a active member of Vermilion E & R Church in Vermilion: serving as a Sunday School teacher and volunteered in the Kids Boutique in the church. She enjoyed reading her Bible and spending time in prayer.           She liked to watch TV and staying connected to family and friends through Facebook.

     Jan is survived by her husband of 38 years, Donald N. Schmock, daughters Adrienne R, (Michael) Franklin, of New London, Dana Kay Lee Schmock of Grand Rapids, MI, son Edgar Clay Radabaugh, grandchildren Brandon (Chelsea), Aaron, Scott, Lisa, Suzie, Michael, great grandchildren, Coy, Avalynn, Bentley, Cash, Milo, Andrew, Anthony, Adriana, sister, Karen R Franklin of Seymour, TN, and a brother Robert Wayne Webb of Lorain.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Kenneth Raymond Radabaugh, great grandchild, Austin and a brother, Charles Franklin Webb, Jr.,

     A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, October 28th at Vermilion E&R Church, 752 Grand Street, Vermilion with Rev. Dr. Jonathan Cheatham, pastor, officiating.

     The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral cost.

     The Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain assisted the family with arrangements.
