John Martin

John Martin, age 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 17, 2026 and was released to the care of his loving daughter. He was born on April 26, 1940, in Budapest, Hungary, the son of the late Maria (Kellner) and Janos Martin.

John built a life defined by dedication and hard work. He was employed as a machine operator at TRW Nelson Stud in Elyria, Ohio, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. Outside of his work, John valued family above all and cherished the relationships he built throughout his life.

He is survived by his daughter Barbra Martin, along with loved ones who will remember him for his quiet strength and enduring presence.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Linda and his sister, Mary Hegedus.

John’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
