Lillian Gottlieb, 101, (nee Brown) of Lorain passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Life care Center of Elyria following a brief illness.
Mrs. Gottlieb was born in Cleveland on August 31, 1920, the daughter of the late Herman and Helen (nee Kahn) Brown.
She was a beloved and respected lifetime member of Agudath B'Nai Israel Synagogue in Lorain. She was a member of the ABI Sisterhood and Hadassah.
Mrs. Gottlieb retired from US Steel in Lorain: working in the personnel department.
Lillian is survived by sons Wayne S Gottlieb, Mark D Gottlieb, and Kenneth A. Gottlieb,
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Louis Gottlieb in 1992, sister Regina Meadvin, brothers Joseph Brown, Samuel Brown and Theodore Brown, and Morris J Brown.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 on Monday, October 4, 2021 with Mr. Mark Jaffee officiating.
