Lucas Perez Castillo

Lucas Perez, born on October 21, 1939, in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Natividad Castillo and Jose Perez.

A man of faith, Lucas was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Chapel in Lorain, Ohio. He carried his heritage and values with quiet strength, and his warmth touched all who knew him. Lucas enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, especially fishing—an activity that brought him peace, joy, and time to reflect.

Lucas is survived by his two sons: Jose Perez of Lorain, Ohio, and Raul Perez of Melbourne, Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren,great grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will remember him with love and fondness.

Lucas’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who were blessed to know him.

May he rest in eternal peace.
