Patricia A (Jeffords) Weaver

          Patricia A. Weaver, 73, of Amherst passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 at Mercy-New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph following a long illness.
     Mrs. Weaver was born in Columbus on February 23, 1945, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Evelyn J. (Tennihill) Jeffords. She was a 1963 graduate of Lorain High School and am lifetime resident of the area.
     She was a retired medical secretary at Neuro Surgical Services in Sheffield for over 30 years. She also had worked with Amherst City Schools, the Amherst IGA, and the Amherst Convenient Store. 
     She received the most enjoyment in her life, when she was spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed having family cookouts.
     Mrs. Weaver is survived by a son Kevin M. (Michelle) Jones of Amherst, daughters; Kathleen F. (Albert Rodriguez) Kirsch, of Lorain, Debra S Ledesma, and Beverly A. (Rod) Rodriguez of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren Jonathan Kirsch, Valerie Duggan, Chad Alderman, Scott Alderman, Megan Robart, Robin Ledesma, Chelsey Ledesma, Phillip Gonzalez, Anthony Jones, a great grandson, David Duggan, a sister Becky J Milota of Amherst. 
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George C. Weaver in 1996, brothers Ralph Jeffords and Carl Jeffords and a sister Nikki Majcher. 
     Friends may call on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 4- 8 pm in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
     Funeral services will be on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11:00 am in the funeral home followed by burial in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
