Paul Drechsler Jr Obituary

      Paul F. Drechsler, Jr., 103, of Lorain passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving and devoted family.
     Mr. Drechsler was born in Lorain on June 9, 1917, the son of the late Paul F. and Amelia (nee Pries) Drechsler, Sr.
     He was a graduate of Lorain High School and an U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II. He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lorain.
     Mr. Drechsler had been employed by the Lorain City School Board.
Paul is survived by daughters; Paulette Tenney of Fort Myers, Fl, Debra A. (James) McFarland of Lorain, grandchildren, Cynthia Tenney, Mark Tenney, Cheryl Tenney, Kim Nowocin, Edgar Steele, Elizabeth McFarland, Evan McFarland, great grandchildren, Caroline Patino, Dayton Tenney, Katelyn Tenney, Braxton Tenney, Matthew Nowocin, Ashley Nowocin, Eleanor "Nora" Steele, Calvin Steele and great great grandchildren, Vincent Patino, and Andres Patino.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (nee Skrepich) Drechsler in 2012 and sisters Evelyn Drechsler and Pearl Burk.
     The services were private.
     The family was assisted by the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052.
