Robert A. Yenni

     Robert A. Yenni, 89, of Lorain passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake. 
     Mr. Yenni was born in Dover on November 4, 1932, a son of the late Walter and Beula (nee Latto) Yenni. He was a 1950 graduate of Dover High School.
     He served in the U.S. Air Force as a sergeant during the Korean War: earning the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. 
     Mr. Yenni was a retired machinist at B. F. Goodrich Company in  Avon Lake. He retired following 40 years of service. He received several work related awards.
     He was a member of the F & AM Masonic Lodge in Sullivan and the Rod & Gun Club.  
and he enjoyed fixing broken clocks.  
     Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years Grace (nee Dalton) Yenni, daughters, Deena A. Yenni of Lorain, Lisa M. (William) Yost of Neopolis, Susan D. Yenni of Lorain, son,Stephen A. (Jane) E Yenni of Wakeman, grandchildren: Jeffrey Yenni, Stephanie Yenni, Jenna Berger, Maxwell White, Hannah Yenni-White, Aaron Yost, Alex Yost, Dalton Yost, 
great grandchildren: Abigal Grace, Anniston Marie, Austin, Elizjah, Matthew, Jayden, and Alexis.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Scott Yenni in 1962, brothers: Chuck Yenni, James Yenni, Richard Yenni, Ralph Yenni, and George Yenni
Sister.
     Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 2:45 pm in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, Ohio  44270 with full military honors.
