Roger H. Fye

Roger H. Fye, 76, of Lorain passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at his home following a long illness.

Mr. Fye was born in Clarion, PA on February 4, 1945, the son of the late Albert S. Fye and Alda (nee Carson) Fye Shick.

He was a retired furnace maintenance worker with the Tappan Corporation.

Roger is survived by his wife of 33 years Leona (nee Canter) Fye,  daughters Alda (Steve) Carter of Vermilion, Tammy Woolf of LaGrange,  

Kathy (David) Kisner of Lorain, Megan Fye of Lorain, sons Roger (Judy) Fye of Lorain, David Fye of Lorain, niece Carly Beaver of Lorain, 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 7 sisters.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Michael Fye, brothers Norm Fye, sisters Sally French and Sue Sturgeon, and a son in law Timothy Woolf.                                     

Friends may call from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
