Ronald L. McFadden, 87, of Lorain passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness.
Mr. McFadden was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania on June 15, 1934, a son of the late Byron J. and Margaret K (nee Mullen) McFadden.
He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Lorain. He retired as a machine operator at the former Lorain Crucible.
Ron was the loving husband of Josephine (nee Delfino) McFadden, devoted father of Cynthia Ortiz (Angelo) of Brooklyn, Diane Freedman (Larry) of Bradenton, FL, Tim Kasperovich (Annie) of Lorain, 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren, sisters, Charlotte Curry of Lorain, Carol Woodward of Elyria, and a brother James R. (Jane) McFadden of Chesapeake, Virginia.
Friends may call on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 11:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain followed by graveside services at Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Amherst Township.
