Walter Allen Glick, Jr.

Walter Allen Glick Jr., 80, of Lorain, OH, returned to the Lord on May 5, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by family.

Walter is preceded in death by his father Walter Glick Sr. and his mother Frances Glick.

Walter served the Lorain community for many years as a Certified Public Accountant. He was a long-time and active member of the Lorain Christian Temple Church. Walter was also very active in many sponsorships and clubs in and around Lorain. Walter shared his passion for music by participating in various instrumental and vocal groups.  Walter was an avid fan of all of Cleveland's sports franchises as well.

Walter is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elaine Glick, daughter Sarah Bolyard (Bryan), his son Walter Eben Glick, his grandchildren Ben Bolyard, Luke Bolyard, Milla Glick, his siblings Douglas Glick, Jane Barnes and many nieces and nephews.

 A Memorial service for Walter is planned on Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at The Lorain Christian Temple, 940 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to National Church Residences Hospice Care at 2245 North Bank Drive Columbus Ohio 43220.  He would want you to have the tax deduction.
